"First, may I assure any reader that this is a true unsolicited
testimonial.
After careful review and personal testing may I say that the IBS4 System
comes out head and shoulders above any of the many other "systems" I've
examined and/or personally played in the casino. The implementation of the
system itself requires one to be diligent and alert in keeping tabs on the
proper bet placement. However, Izak even addresses and covers that scenario
offering other simpler options to those who might be interested. I must say
that anyone who possesses simple patience and the ability to follow
instructions will find that the IBS4 system is nothing short of "The Holy
Grail" of betting systems. Its ability to produce consistent profits is
simply amazing. Based on my testing and personal results in live casino play
I would say that anybody who takes casino investing seriously must have IBS4
in their arsenal of play. The price is negligible compared to the attainable
rewards."

"one
further step ahead towards perfection"
IBS4 - the Infallible
Baccarat System - Version 4.0
by Izak Matatya
"applies
to all even paying games, i.e. Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and Sic-Bo."
Can one modify something that is perfect?
The answer is yes. Because, there is really no such thing as
perfection. According to the late famous pianist
Vladimir Horowitz,
perfection is something we strive for, never reaching it, and there are
unlimited ways to improve something.
IBS4 - the new Infallible Baccarat System
- Version 4.0 is one further step ahead towards perfection. The
previous versions of IBS have been told to be the best gambling systems ever
designed. The only inconvenience was the requirement of a relatively
larger bankroll. Well, IBS4 resolves this problem, by cutting the
bankroll needed by at least 5 fold without losing any efficiency whatsoever.
As a matter of fact, with a 200 unit
bankroll, IBS4 is able to beat all tester books and millions of randomly
generated decisions with an average profit of 1500 units for every 10,000
decisions/spins very consistently or 9.5 unit profit per Baccarat shoe in
average.
The name
Infallible should not be misleading. No system can win every run,
particularly when the table goes against every single bet you make. With
IBS4, you will win so many runs, that even if you may abandon some with a
certain accepted loss, it will be very negligible relative to the huge
number of the ones you have won and your profits will exceed your losses by
far. And with the quantity of consecutive runs you will win, you will feel
you are using a quasi infallible system.
Yes, IBS4 can be used for all even paying
games, such as Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Sic-Bo and Casino War. One
can use it on all even bets for Reds/Blacks, Even/Odd, High/Low in Roulette,
Player/Banker in Baccarat, Pass-Line/Don't Pass Line in Craps, Big Small in
Sic-Bo and War.
IBS4 has a unique bet selection never
seen before in any system. It identifies patterns of decisions in
several layers and manages to group wins and losses in such a way, that
becomes ideal for IBS4 to beat. People who are acquainted with the
previous versions of IBS, particularly IBS3, know
very well what happens if say 8-14 consecutive losses are terminated by 2-3
consecutive wins. As a matter of fact any number of consecutive losses
followed by a few wins is terminated by a winning run with a minimal
bankroll in IBS4.
One does not bet on every single decision
according to IBS4's bet selection. There will be at times certain
small interruptions to wait for the right moment. However, one does
end up betting over 75% of all bets, which does not constitute a problem for
all tables or casino policies.
As per the bet method, IBS4 has been
optimized from the previous version IBS3 to use much less bankroll without
losing its basic concept and structure. Unlike any other gambling
system, a very long losing streak is terminated by a winning run, without
draining your bankroll. This is done in a very smart way, most
efficiently and with a very strong logic.
After all, how do we expect to win in
gambling? Martingale's double up system wants you to win at your very
first win and keeps doubling up on every loss. And what if you are to
lose for the next 15-25 bets? That would wipe out your bankroll
immediately and you will reach table limits very soon. And why
should someone be ahead at the very first win? What's the rush? It's
dangerous and inefficient. IBS4 adjusts your bets in such a way that
long losing strings or streaks do not affect your session bankroll by much.
You are really in action when you start winning and that's the way it should
be.
The IBS4
document has been written in a totally independent manner of the previous
versions of IBS. Therefore, if you do not possess any previous versions,
one can fully understand the document and use IBS4 fully on its own.
IBS4 goes for $6,500, as
it's the best system out there, no doubt about it. It provides the
best performance ever, with an optimized bankroll usage.

Frequently Asked
Questions on IBS4 - the Infallible
Baccarat System - Version 4.0
by Izak Matatya
Some
very positive feedback was received by purchasers:
"Playing with 200 units bankroll and 50 units maximum
bet, I have made 350 units so far"
"I think IBS4 is a strong bet method"
And now the questions and answers:
Q: I just read your newsletter introducing IBS version 4. Very
impressive stats.
What is the absolute minimum session bankroll required to play IBS4 at peak
efficiency?
What is the highest required unit bet in the system's progression?
Can one play the system without pen and paper?
Thanks, Izak. Take care.
A: IBS4 feels safe with a 200 unit
bankroll. The highest bet is adjusted to whatever your budget allows. The
system works very well, if you tell the system, that your highest bet will
be not more than say 45 units and there are guidelines to bet according to
this type of maximum bet.
One could play it without pen and paper after a few hours of practice, but
not with the IBS4's bet selection, which is very hard to play without.
Should you decide to use an alternate bet selection, such as betting on the
Player side only, IBS4 will still perform very well, as it doesn't need more
than 25-30% of all bets to be won and playing the Player side only will give
you 47% on the long run.
Q: If I'm playing at a $5 table what would be my lifetime bankroll?
A: The required bankroll for IBS4
is 200 units for a session buy-in, which is the maximum needed. Should any
run fail with that amount (it hasn't yet), that would be an accepted loss
for that session, where one resets and moves on. IBS4 generated 1500 units
within 10,000 Zumma decisions and the remaining 30,000 decisions have been
visually verified to produce similar profits. I would expect the -200 units
to occur about once or twice within the 40,000 Zumma decisions and still
maintain a win rate of 8.2 units profit in average per shoe.
So a lifetime bankroll of 400 units would be ample and your buy-in 200 to be
on the safe side. Normally, the highest bet will not exceed about 40 units
and if it should there are special techniques to avoid it and/or to reduce
it.
If your unit side is $5, then $1000 will be enough for a buy-in and $2000
for a lifetime bankroll.
Q: Has it been tested against
craps databases? because craps is notoriously less streaky than baccarat or
roulette?
A: Yes, it has been checked for
all games involving even (1:1) paying bets.
IBS4 doesn't really care if the table is streaky or choppy. Its bet
selection groups betting decisions in such a way to gather losses and wins
together. Multiple losses followed by multiple wins is what makes IBS4 win
very consistently. When no grouping can take place, then one does not bet.
It's a very original and particular bet selection, never seen before.
Q: Hi Izak, Have you tested all
through the Zumma 600? If so what's the final results on this system,
winning one spin at a time?
A: I tested 12,207 decisions of
Zumma and it generated +1696 units without losing a single run.
Q: Unless my math is off, if you
have 600 shoes and average 60 decisions per shoe which is probably off a bit
from the actuals, that would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 40,000
decisions.
Why did you stop short of testing the entire 600 shoes?
A: Yes, 600 shoes is 40,007
decisions in Zumma averaging about 67 decisions per shoe.
The test was conducted manually, as I don't have a fully automated
simulation for IBS4. My programming skills are limited and I could not
implement all the rules. So I entered the IBS4 scheme manually and it took
me a few months to punch in figures for 12,007 decisions.
However, I did go through the remaining 30,000 decisions visually. I know
exactly how IBS4 works and which runs are very easy to complete and which
runs are a bit tougher to complete. The first 12,007 had no problems to
complete successfully. The remaining 30,000 had no major difficulties either
by going through them without entering all the figures. I would presume,
there could be one or maximum two runs, that could be abandoned with an
accepted loss of the 200 units, the session buy in.
By induction, if 12,000 decisions generated 1600 units, 40,000 decisions
would generate 3.3 times as much, or 5300 units. Subtract from this two
potential abandoned runs of 200 units each or 400 units, it still leaves you
with a profit of 4900 units for 40,000 decisions or 600 shoes, or 8.2 units
profit per shoe including all losses.
The reason I was able see the above is the because IBS4's particular bet
selection IS fully automated for the entire 40,007 Zumma and random
decisions, producing sequences of wins and losses. And by the proper
grouping of those, one could very easily see where a run starts and where it
ends.
Q: What betting limits are needed
for the betting system? The roulette tables in my area are usually pretty
bad, 1-30 or 1-60 spread. Would it work for those types of betting spreads
on a roulette wheel?
No baccarat here but plenty of craps tables with 1-400 spreads.
A: IBS4 is so flexible, that
players themselves set their own maximum bets and the system adjusts itself
accordingly. IBS4 will do very well if you set your maximum bet not to
exceed 40-50 units, thus betting ranges of 1-50 would be quite adequate.
Q: If a player adjusts his/her
maximum bet not to exceed a certain max unit bet is that going to cause a
session loss where otherwise it would not, if the max unit bet was set
higher?
A: No, that won't cause a session
loss. It would simply reduce the size of the bets by using the special
techniques documented in the system.
Q: So if I set my max bet at 15
one day and go back the next day and set it at 40 there would be no
difference in performance?
A: 15 as a maximum bet is a bit on
the low side for IBS4. After all, it's still a system with a progression. A
maximum bet of 40-50 will perform quite well.
In a lot of runs, even a maximum of 15 units will be sufficient. But a 40
maximum will perform better, as there will be some runs requiring higher
bets and they will close easier.
However, it's not a question of a performance of one day versus another. For
the same run, if you set your maximum bet to be 35 or 55, IBS4 will perform
equally well and will take the same number of bets to close the run.
Q: Izak, are your average wins of
8.2 units per shoe before or after commission? Is the system's success
mainly due to the bet selection or progression? Will the bet selection win
flat betting? Thanks...
A: The 8.2 units are after
commissions. In fact, IBS4 documents a very solid method about how to
eliminate commissions. It practically converts the minus 5 percent Banker
win commissions into a plus 3 percent bonus.
So, if, for instance, you are aiming for $100 profit at the end of the run,
because of this method, you will earn $103, as opposed to $95. Whoever has
IBS4 will read how this is done in the last 2 pages.
The system's success is due to the combination of the bet selection and the
bet method. The bet selection manages to group wins and losses in such a
way, that multiple wins follow multiple losses, which is ideal for IBS4 to
close the runs.
The bet selection did not win Zumma's 600 shoes with flat bets. The results
for 40,007 decisions were:
no. of wins: 12752
no. of losses: 12806
When running the simulation for 40,000 random bets, though, the bet
selection does produce more wins more than not:
Here are some samples from random runs for 40,007 decisions:
no. of wins: 12803
no. of losses: 12814
no. of wins: 12952
no. of losses: 12691
no. of wins: 12826
no. of losses: 12795
no. of wins: 13019
no. of losses: 12811
So, at times wins exceed losses by about 200 units, sometimes the losses
exceed the wins by 50-100 units.
It may work on the long run, but the profits of 100-200 units per 40,000
decisions are very slow, unless you bet high amounts.
Q: Is the progression itself
different from the other IBS's or is only the selection different?
A: In IBS4 both the bet selection
and the method are different from the previous versions. The idea of the
cancellation method remains the same, but there are many new special betting
techniques that have been introduced in order to reduce the overall bankroll
requirements.
Q: Izak,
What do you think about using your bet progression on a betting scheme like
Perry's IPL? Since his flat bet
selection method seems to produce more wins than losses, would it be fairly
effective to combine the two?
Or, do you think that your bet selection method is more appropriate to the
progression such that one should not separate the two?
What's different between this and your FPP?
They sound similar in execution and results.
What is the average bet per closed run?
What about playing the progression on BJ?
A: IBS4 will work with most bet
selections. If Perry's wins more than 50%, it will surely work with it, too.
FPP and IBS4 are two totally different systems, both in bet selection and
the bet method. IBS4 is more powerful. It wins many more runs. I hardly ever
had to abandon one.
With a maximum bet of 40 units, IBS4 does very well. An average bet size is
about 17 units.
You can surely use IBS4's bet method with Blackjack. In case of double down,
or splitting, you register losses and wins in the scheme in stages.
Q: I can't see being allowed to
use a pen and paper at a blackjack table to write down a cancellation method
of betting.
A: Outside of Blackjack, you
should be able to use pen and paper for any other game. For Blackjack you
can use some stack of chips ordered in a certain way to give you hints on
where you stand (or hit...:))
Q: OK and how does your bet
selection method work for blackjack if its just you against the dealer? How
can your bet selection group wins to the advantage of you IBS4 betting
system if you can't use a bet selection method?
A: It wouldn't make sense to use
the bet selection for Blackjack. For Blackjack one would use the basic
strategy and IBS4 would be applied for the bet method only, varying the
amounts of your bets based on the sequence of wins and losses.
Q: I'm wondering if there would be
any difference between using IBS-4 in a live casino vs. a reputable on-line
casino like 888.com.
A: There would be no difference in
IBS4's performance. In an on-line environment, you have more time to
calculate and place your next bet.
Q: Can IBS4 be adapted for Matrix
sports betting system? If so, will the results be better?
A: Actually, quite a lot of people
inquired about that, have bought Matrix with IBS4 and are using it in sports
betting very successfully, as it requires much less bankroll than IBS3.
Results won't be much better, but it will take much less bankroll to close
runs with profits.
Q: Hi Izak, interesting
offer; would Matrix also be applicable to sport bets placed through Betfair?
A: The Matrix is applicable to all
sports betting possibilities for OVER/UNDER type of bets or spreads with a
certain vig for all environments.

Feedback and
Success Stories on IBS4 and Holiday Specials
Hello everyone,
There are lots of success stories on the new IBS4
system being used since its launch in October. I would like to share
one customer's continuous report and feedback on his usage of IBS4 in
conjunction with the Matrix Sports Betting System.
Date: 11-14-08 18:40
People are asking for feedback so here is my experience so far. I purchased
IBS4 and Matrix Sports Betting for a combined price of $525 during the
promotional period.
After studying the IBS4 manual, I then tried to get a feel for the system
rules by playing red and black on roulette using a computer game I have. I
played maybe 10 sessions of 30 spins each and all sessions were winners.
Then I set up my Matrix spreadsheet like I wanted, maximum of 32 bets.
Fortunately NBA was just about to start up so I started the Matrix betting
on the first day of regular season. It is 17 days into the season now and I
have resolved 101 runs and thus won 101 units or 5.94 units per day. The
largest bet in a run so far has been 32 units. The Matrix is quite a bit of
work but I will be earning 160 units or more per month until the end of NBA
season so it will be worth it to me.
I have seen IBS3 and think that IBS4 is a big improvement. You have a lot
more flexibility to resolve runs. At first I did not like this, I like a
mechanical method. But then I saw that this flexibility is somewhat
mechanical in nature and would allow for all runs to be resolved if one were
patient. I could be wrong (I will let you know after basketball season is
over) but I don't really see how even the most disastrous run could not be
resolved with patience using the flexibility of the IBS4 rules.
Those are my impressions and experiences thus far.
Date: 11-15-08 20:16
Sorry it should be 109 units won, not 108.
Date: 11-15-08 20:20
109 units in 18 days in over 6 units per day. If that rate continues and I
am able to resolve all runs I will have between 900 and 1000 units won by
the end of the season. That would be nice.
Date: 11-15-08 21:46
Question for the reporter:
What is your
a) regular bankroll
b) conservative bankroll
c) expected ROI% per month (non-compounded) over the course of the NBA
season
Thanks!
Date: 11-15-08 23:03
I think Izak recommends 300 units for Matrix and so far that would have been
adequate. Time will tell on that question. You have money tied up in the
open runs (which you will get back at the end of the season when all runs
are allowed to resolve) and you need money to bet for that particular day
which can be up to 32 bets in my case.
Let's say you want to play it safe and use 600 units. If you win 165 units
per month that is 27.5% return per month.
In my particular situation I am using the same account I use for my other
sports and horse betting and Matrix is another income stream added to the
equation so I did not really think about bankroll since I have ample there
already.
Date: 11-25-08 16:59
I have an update and more comments on my use of IBS4/Matrix. As of yesterday
I have resolved 161 runs and won 161 units. I have set an upper limit of 40
units on any one bet. I have had to limit a few bets and the maximum bet so
far has been 38 units. These troublesome runs have ended up resolving in the
end.
One thing I have noticed today, although technically I should have won 161
units or 5.75 units per day over the last 28 days, I actually am winning
more than that. This is due the rounding I am doing in the bets. If I lose
$61.60 for example, I enter that as $62 dollars lost. I did this just to
simplify things for myself. Apparently this adds up though, since you round
and bet again and if it loses you round up again. I calculate that I am
winning an extra 0.96 units per day so far just because of the rounding. So
my actual units won is an average of 6.71 units per day over the last 28
days. At this rate in the typical 30 day month, you win 201 units. This
should be about 1100 units by the end of the NBA season.
Another thing that would boost your return is the use of halftime bets. I
have my Matrix set up for a maximum of 32 bets per day. Sometimes there are
not 32 bets to be had, however. If your book offers halftime bets you could
add these into the mix and most likely get the full 32 bets on most days. I
have not done this yet but am considering it.
Professional sports that would work with Matrix are NBA, NFL, WNBA, CFL. NBA
is November through May. NFL is September through January so you could fill
in some missing bets with NFL if you need to. College football and
basketball could also be used to fill in missing bets during the
fall/winter/spring. WNBA and CFL run during the summer so you could even run
a smaller version of Matrix in summer months and earn money all year round.
I will provide update from time to time to let you know how the system is
performing.
Date: 12-01-08 16:58
End of month update on IBS4/Matrix.
At the end of November I am 34 days into the NBA season. I have resolved 206
runs and won 206 units (actually a bit more due to rounding as mentioned in
a previous post). I did have to limit the bet size of a couple of bets in a
troublesome run this week at 39 units (40 units is my max). I was happy to
see that this run resolved successfully yesterday.
The last several days I have been trying to fill in missing bets in the
Matrix by using college basketball, college football, NFL, and also half
time bets in NBA and NFL. I have been able to place all 32 bets each day
this week and will attempt to continue this. This will increase my return
which currently is a theoretical 6.05 units per day. This is probably closer
to 7 units per day due to the rounding.
So far I am impressed with the steady returns of this method. You have money
tied up in the open runs so it takes 2 to 3 weeks before you actually see
any growth in your account. After 34 days, however, I am solidly in the
black and it should stay that way until the end of the season. At that time
I will either let all runs resolve and thus get back all the money tied up
in the open runs, or will pare down the number of open runs so that I can
transition into the WNBA/CFL summer season.
Thanks, I will provide updates periodically on the system performance.
Date: 12-05-08 16:33
IBS4/Matrix update and observations.
I am 38 days into the NBA season and have resolved 238 runs, winning 238
units so far, an average of 6.26 units won per day.
I have been successful recently in placing the entire 32 bets in my matrix
each day using other sports bets available which meet Matrix requirements to
fill in missing NBA bets. I have averaged all days since the beginning of
the season which have had the full 32 bets and have found that the average
gain is 7.7 units per day. This strategy will increase returns in the long
run.
One thing I have noticed is the amount of money tied up in the open runs is
climbing. I am guessing this is due to vigorish recovery and rounding. I am
afraid that before the end of the NBA season the money tied up in open runs
may climb too high and possibly become a problem. Because of this
possibility, I am going to allow all my runs to resolve starting today,
effectively cashing out the money invested in open runs. After this process
is complete, I plan to implement a cycling approach to Matrix, one of the
options mentioned in the manual.
I am very interested in how long it will take for all runs to resolve. About
24% of runs resolve each day so I am thinking 14 to 21 days unless there are
one or two stubborn runs that require more time.
Thanks, I will continue to update the system performance as the days
progress.
Question for the reporter:
I am following your results closely. The escalating open runs is exactly the
problem I had with original Matrix betting strategy. I was hoping that IBS-4
had resolved the big open run drawdown problem. Keep us posted. Thanks.
Date: 12-07-08 17:11
Thanks, I am glad that you find the information useful. I will continue to
post updates from time to time. Yes, I see now that the continuous strategy
may not be the best way to use the system. I think the cycling approach will
perform about as well with smaller bankroll requirements.
I feel that IBS4 is an excellent even bets system. The drawdown should be
much less than IBS3. I just let the Matrix cycle go on for too many days.
The vigorish recovery compounds as does the rounding. I probably should have
brought this first cycle to an end sooner than I did. Experience is one of
the best teachers.
Currently I have resolved 13 of the 32 runs and have 19 more to go. 244
units won so far. 40 days into the cycle so 6.1 units won per day. I am
pleased with IBS4/Matrix so far. This first cycle will be a very profitable
one once all the runs finally resolve.
Thanks.
Question:
I was wondering when you said you had to bet 39 units and you max is 40,
what would have happened if you lost the bet? Do you go on to bet 40? And,
if you lost at this point, how many units would you lose in total?
Thanks.
Date: 12-09-08 16:10
The biggest bet I have lost this cycle was 36 units. I just recorded the
loss as normal. That brought my open loss up to 76 units in that run. The
run ended up resolving successfully 4 days later.
If the normal IBS4 rules dictate a bet higher than 40, I use the alternate
rules to bring the bet down below 40. This seems less risky to me. Also you
have sportsbook betting limits to deal with. If you were betting a larger
unit size and were using 40 units as maximum bet, then your maximum unit
size would be the sportsbook betting limit divided by 40. For example, if
the sportsbook maximum bet was $3000 then your unit size could be no larger
than $75 if 40 units was your max bet.
Just to update, I have resolved 18 of the 32 runs now and have 14 more to
go. My account is growing as the the runs resolve and fall away. 249 units
won or 5.93 units per day.
Date: 12-12-08 16:46
IBS4/ Matrix update.
I have successfully resolved 25 of the 32 open runs, 7 more to go. 256 units
won this cycle or 5.68 units per day. It has only taken 8 days to resolve 25
of the runs, pretty impressive. The resolution process has gone very
smoothly thus far.
Date: 12-17-08 16:42
IBS4/Matrix update.
Slow going since last post. I have successfully resolved 28 of the 32 runs,
4 more to go. 259 units won, 5.18 units won per day. Seems like the fewer
open runs you have left, the slower it goes, which makes sense, I guess. 13
days into the resolution process so this is well within the 14 to 21 days
time frame I was anticipating. Everything is going according to plan.
Question:
I do not know how this system works so I am curious if you are well in
profit taking the open runs in account?
Thanks
Date: 12-18-08 16:47
Oh yes, well into profit. I resolved another run yesterday so I have 3 more
to go. I am ahead an actual 246 units or so and have only about 25 units
left in the open runs to resolve. So most of the money has already been
made. When I finish these last 3 runs it will be done and I can start
another cycle.
If you will notice 246 + 25 = 271 units. Theoretically I should make 263
units after these last 3 runs are resolved so I have done a little better
than I should have due to rounding I think.
Thanks I hope it continues for you.
Date: 12-26-08 15:44
IBS4/Matrix update ... end of cycle
I finally completed this first Matrix cycle and have the final numbers. The
total cycle was 58 days which included 37 days at full betting and then 21
days to resolve the open runs. All runs were resolved successfully. The 21
day resolution process was within the 14 to 21 day period I was expecting.
263 units were won which is 4.53 units per day. I actually earned a little
more than this due to rounding and vigorish recovery. 1129 total bets were
placed. Out of these only 6 bets had to be limited at 40 units, which I had
chosen as my maximum bet.
All in all the cycle went smoothly and IBS4 performed well. I think Izak
tested 12,207 decisions when putting together the IBS4 system, so you can
add another 1129 decisions to that. I feel that IBS4 is an excellent even
bets system and Matrix is a very clever way to apply this to the sports
betting arena. Looking forward to many more months/years of future earnings
with this combination.
Thanks. Any questions, let me know.
This is very encouraging, I thank you
very much for your feedback.
Wishing you continuous success and happy holidays to all.
