This week, I'd like to present you with an effective Roulette strategy, with which you can grind quite a few units of profit averaging about 1 unit every 5 spins.
When we play an even bet game, such as Reds Blacks, High Lows, Even Odds in Roulette, or Don't Pass - Pass Line in Craps, or Player Banker in Baccarat, it is a good question what bet selection we should use.
Since the outcome is random, we may get a wide range of different patterns, such as chops, streaks, 2-2's, 3-3's, clusters, etc. Some streaks or chops are quite continuous, and at times not so continuous.
For this week's strategy, we will use a zig-zag kind of betting selection. That is, if we are playing Reds and Blacks in Roulette, we will bet one spin on Black, the next spin on Red, the next spin on Black, etc. alternating from one color to another on each spin.
Now, what are the advantages of this betting selection? For once, if we have a string of Reds, we win every other spin. If we have a string of Blacks, we also win every other bet. If the Reds and Blacks chop, one of the following two things will happen: if the chop is synchronized with your zig-zag betting, you will win every single bet; if the chop is the opposite of your zig-zag, you will lose every single bet. For any other pattern, you will win either on the first or on the second bet, as the color will either repeat or will alternate. If it repeats, the zig-zag will catch it on the second spin the latest.
With the above conditions, we need a mild progression, that will let us profit should we win during the next few bets. The one we will use, is the one once documented as being slightly better than Oscar's grind. We will start betting with one unit. Should we win the first bet, that's the end of that round with +1. Should we lose the bet, we increase our bet by one unit. So, if we lose the first bet and win the second, we are again ahead by one unit. Should we lose the second bet, we again increase by one unit only. This way, if we lose the first two bets and win the third, we break even.
If we lose the first 3 bets, we again raise our bet by 1 unit only. If we lose our first 3 bets and win our fourth, we will be down by 2 units (-1-2-3+4=-2). Now, we simply have to bet one unit more than our net total. So winning the next bet will bring us one unit ahead for the run. So if our net total is -2, we bet 3 units. If we win, we are at +1, the end of this run and we start over with 1 unit again. If we lose, we will be down by 5 units. Our next bet will be one unit more than the previous bet, that is 4 units. If we win we will be at -1. So our next bet is 2 units, which is enough to be at +1 should we win.
In summary, we increase our bets only by 1 unit should we lose, and if we win, we bet just enough units, that will bring us to a net of +1 unit for that run.
Below is a 100 spin simulation showing how this strategy works. You will see that we will be able to make about 20 units within 100 bets. A zero makes our bet lose, but we continue zig-zagging on the color selection, and the progression continues depending on the round profit.
The round is over when the round profit column yields 1 unit profit. The reset round column resets to 0 when that round is over. The net profit shows the cumulative profits for each round.
Should the round profit goes to -15 units (spin 80 below for instance), we reset and accept that loss and start a new round. This will avoid a big drawdown of your bankroll, should consecutive losses occur.
I hope you enjoyed this simple but very effective strategy. It will give you hours of fun and profit without risking too much and without ever going above any table limit.
Wishing you all the best,
